I’m 29, an engineer by education and currently pursuing law. Fitness has always been a big part of my life. Hours at the gym slowly made me realize something important. Exercise alone doesn’t transform your body. Food does.

I began cooking my own meals to support my training and understand nutrition better. Soon, friends and colleagues started asking for the same food because they noticed real changes. That’s when I saw the problem clearly. Most diet food is cooked in bulk and given to everyone the same way, even though every body is different.

Diet Sculpt started from my kitchen with one simple belief. Health is personal, so food should be personal too. Today, as an entrepreneur, I focus on creating meals designed for individuals, not crowds, helping people build sustainable habits and a healthier lifestyle.
